Due to the mild deprotection conditions, we recommend using fast deprotecting amidites with this support.
Deprotection Conditions
Cleave and deprotect the CAL dye labeled oligo in 2-Methoxyethylamine and MeOH (1:3) for 6 hours at 25°C or 3 hours at 60°C.The use of strong bases; such as concentrated ammonia; causes degradation of dye and should be avoided.
