3'-Spacer C3 CPG can act as a blocker of exonuclease and polymerase activity at the 3' terminal. dSpacer is used to introduce stable racemic sites in oligonucleotides. PC Spacer is a photocracking C3 spacer modifier. Spacer phosphamides C3, C9, C12, and C18 are used to insert spacer arms in oligonucleotides, and these compounds can be added multiple times when longer spacer arms are needed.
