PC Spacer Phosphoramidite
Catalog number: BRI-011PC Spacer phosphoramidite can be used as an intermediate to link any modification reagent (which can be used as phosphoramidite) to the end of the oligonucleotide. After light cleavage, 5'-phosphate is generated on the DNA, making it suitable for further biotransformation, such as gene construction and cloning after ligation.
