PC Biotin Phosphoramidite

PC Biotin phosphoramidite can be used to prepare 5'-biotinylated oligonucleotides. After capturing the biotin-labeled DNA with streptavidin beads or attaching the modified DNA to the surface, the DNA can be released into the solution only by irradiating with a handheld ultraviolet light source.
