HiExpress Firefly Luciferase IVT saRNA (m5C modified) is a self-amplifying RNA designed for robust and prolonged expression of Firefly Luciferase. This product incorporates 5-methylcytidine (m5C) modification to enhance expression levels while reducing immunogenicity. The saRNA features a Cap1 structure, validated 5' and 3' UTRs, and includes a 110 nt poly(A) tail to mimic mature mRNA. These elements collectively improve translation efficiency and stability, allowing for sustained Firefly Luciferase expression in both in vitro and in vivo applications. The self-amplifying nature of this saRNA ensures prolonged expression, with detectable levels lasting up to 8 days post-injection in animal models.
