HiExpress Firefly Luciferase IVT saRNA is a self-amplifying RNA designed for robust and prolonged gene expression. This product contains self-amplifying sequences and has been codon optimized to ensure high levels of Firefly Luciferase expression both in vitro and in vivo. It features a Cap1 structure, validated 5' and 3' UTRs, and includes a 110 nt poly(A) tail to enhance stability and translation efficiency. This saRNA is particularly useful for applications requiring long-term expression of the Firefly Luciferase reporter gene, such as gene expression studies, vaccine development, and in vivo imaging. Experimental data have shown that compared to traditional mRNA, saRNA exhibits significantly prolonged expression in vivo, with detectable levels lasting up to 8 days after intramuscular injection. The self-amplifying nature of this saRNA allows for sustained expression at lower doses, making it an efficient tool for various research and therapeutic applications.
