EGFP saRNA (5mCTP) is a self-amplifying RNA designed to express Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP), which emits bright green fluorescence with an excitation maximum at 488 nm and an emission maximum at 509 nm. This saRNA is modified with 5-methylcytidine triphosphate (5mCTP) to enhance stability and suppress RNA-mediated innate immune activation. It features a Cap1 structure and includes a poly(A) tail to further improve expression efficiency. EGFP saRNA is ideal for analyzing mRNA delivery and translation efficiency, as well as for optimizing delivery formulations in various applications.
